Product overview

How Aiva works

One assistant for your organization — on the channels your team already uses, connected to the work tools you approve, with a setup path designed for owners and operators.

Same assistant everywhere your team works

Members message Aiva from web chat, email, or team messaging apps. Aiva replies in context, respects organization boundaries, and only uses tools your admin has enabled — so help feels personal without losing control.

Messaging channels

Reach Aiva where conversations already happen

Your organization connects each channel once. Team members link their accounts so Aiva knows who is asking — and keeps private chats private.

Getting started

A focused rollout in six steps

Most teams start with one channel and one or two work tools, then expand as confidence grows. No engineering team required.

1
Create your organization
Sign up and set up your company workspace — the home for members, settings, and assistant behavior.
2
Connect messaging channels
An organization admin links Slack, Teams, Google Chat, email routing, or text messaging — whichever channels fit your team.
3
Enable approved work tools
Turn on Gmail, Outlook, calendar, and other connectors from the organization catalog. Admins decide what is allowed.
4
Invite your team
Add members with the right roles so everyone who should use Aiva has access — and nothing more.
5
Members link their accounts
Each person connects their work mail, chat identity, and verified phone number so Aiva knows who is asking and what they can access.
6
Start messaging Aiva
Ask for drafts, summaries, follow-ups, and operational help from web chat or any connected channel. Aiva responds in context.

Organization admins control which channels and tools are available, who can join, and whether people outside your company can message the assistant.

Individual conversations stay private to each member. Shared guidance about your company, tone, and policies applies across the team.
